When using DC power supply
• Is 12 V DC power supply connected
to the power cord terminal?

Confirm the cable is firmly con-
nected.
When using a PoE device for power
supply
• Are the PoE device and the network
connector on the mounting side of
the camera connected using a LAN
cable (4-pair)?

Confirm the cable is firmly con-
nected.
• Depending on the PoE device, the
power supply will stop when the
demanded power exceeds its total
power limit for all PoE ports.
