Baud Rate Setting
This item is lets you select the transmission speed for
RS485 communication. (BAUD is the unit of bit per sec-
ond.)
1. Move the cursor to BAUD RATE.
2. Select the 19 200, 9 600, 4 800 or 2 400 bps for
the baud rate.
The initial factory setting is 19 200 bps.
Data Bit Setting
This item lets you select the number of data bits for
RS485 communication.
1. Move the cursor to DATA BIT.
2. Select 7 or 8 bit for the number of data bits and
press

The initial factory setting is 8 bit.
Parity Check Setting
This item lets you select the parity bit for RS485 com-
munication.
1. Move the cursor to PARITY CHECK.
2. Select NONE, EVEN or ODD for parity check and
press

The initial factory setting is NONE.
Stop Bit Setting
This item lets you select the number of stop bits for
RS485 communication.
1. Move the cursor to STOP BIT.
2. Select 1 or 2 for the number of stop bits and press

The initial factory setting is 1 bit.
XON/XOFF Setting
This lets you select applying the flow control or not for
RS485 communication.
1. Move the cursor to the XON/XOFF.
2. Select NOT USE (not apply flow control) or USE
(apply flow control) mode for XON/XOFF for RS485
communication and press

Wait Time Setting
This item lets you select the waiting time in milli-sec-
onds (ms) to retry after confirming that no data is
received from the controller in RS485 communication.
1. Move the cursor to the WAIT TIME parameter..
2. Select OFF, 100, 200, 400 or 1 000 ms for the wait
time.
When no transmission is needed, select OFF.
The initial factory setting is OFF (No retry).
