Format (initialize) a DVD-RAM disk

To copy (duplicate) recorded images onto the DVD-RAM disk, formatting (initializing) the DVD-RAM disk is required
in advance. 
Format (initialize) the DVD-RAM disk to delete images recorded on the DVD-RAM disk.
