Limited Warranty Limits And Exclusions
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or
DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The warranty
DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which
products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accidents, misuse,
a b u s e , m i s h a n d l i n g , m i s a p p l i c a t i o n , a l t e r a t i o n , f a u l t y i n s t a l l a t i o n , s e t - u p
adjustments, m&adjustment of consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line
s u r g e , l i g h t n i n g d a m a g e , m o d i f i c a t i o n , or c o m m e r c i a l u s e ( s u c h a s i n a h o t e l , o f f i c e ,
restaurant, or other business), rental use of the product, service by anyone other than a
Factory Servicenter or other Authorized Servicer, or damage that is attributable to acts of

THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER LIMITED
