2) Placing the machine
Place the machine along the reference line. Adjust the machine position for the smooth and the
height of transfer to the reference machine.)
3) Surrounding equipment
Install the warning indicator, blower, and atmosphere temperature controller according to section
1-3 . For the line specifications, connect the signal cable refering to section 1-1-6 .
4) Setting the proper level
(1) Remove the rear cover.
(2) Remove the setting bolt for the Y-axis ball screw cover, and draw the cover backward.
(3) Install the level and adjust all of 4 level pads to be under a scale (0.02 mm / 1000 mm).
(Adjust in X and Y directions.)
(4) Fix them by tightening the lock nuts. (Ensure that it is under a scale after fixing again.)
