Preparations for Installation
1-1-3 Foundation
As the foundation for installation, flat concrete floor is required.
Confirm that the endurance of the base is enough.
• Endurance of base :
more than 4900 N/m

1-1-4 Transfer
A) Use the forklift for loading or unloading the machine to the
truck.
(Special parts are necessary to use the crane. Ask for it to us.)
B) Moving the machine within the factory
1. Rotate the adjustment bolt (A) at 4 corners, and lift it so that the lower face of the machine is
higher than the pallet truck (H).
2. Place the pallet truck under the machine.
3. Raise the pallet truck to lift up the machine. (The number of pallet trucks for use depends on the
weight of it.)
4. Transfer it to the proper position.
1-1-5 Arrangement Diagram
Draw the reference line of the machine using the arrangement diagram.
