■
Check the following first. If the problem still continues or there are other symptoms, please contact Service Centre.
EN18
●
Is the door closed firmly?
→
Close the door firmly and restart the operation.
●
Dew condensation may occur due to the temperature difference between the
dishwasher body and the kitchen, which is not a malfunction.
●
Steam or warm air may come out, but this is not a malfunction.
●
This is caused by the minerals contained in the water.
●
Water may be left at the bottom. This is normal.
●
The water supply valve may be broken. Close the water supply valve or
the water tap valve (but leave the power plug connected), and contact
Service Centre.
●
For a while after it is purchased, the rubber and resin components of the
dishwasher may emit some odour, which have no adverse effect on the
human body and will disappear after a period of time.
●
This is due to residue such as fish skin left on the filter.
→
Remove and clean it using a brush (page EN13). If the smell persists,
select and run the Care program.
●
This is the sound of the nozzles switching sequentially before spraying,
which is not a malfunction.
●
Depending on the types of tableware and how they are loaded, the noises
may get louder during operation.
●
Are the filters clogged? (When the filters are clogged, the sound of the pump
may suddenly become loud during operation.) → Clean the filters (page EN13)
●
During operation, the electronic components will make chattering sounds
when they are switched. This is not a malfunction.
●
Is the dishwasher (location, drain hose, supply hose) installed correctly?
→ Check carefully (page EN24)
●
A foul odour may be generated as a result of the deterioration of water remained in
the appliance if it is left unused for a long time. → Select and run the Care program.
●
Have you used kitchen detergents? Or is kitchen detergent not rinsed off completely
from the items in the pre-wash?
→
You must use dishwasher detergent.
(Kitchen detergent may generate excessive foam. Supplying and draining
water repeatedly is necessary to eliminate the foam. The operation time will
be prolonged. Do not open the door during the process to avoid water leakage.)
