Chicken Wings in
Lemon Sauce
Serves : 4 - 6
Ingredients:

chicken wings
60 ml soy sauce
60 ml water

ginger powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed
60 ml lemon juice
Method:
Place chicken wings in a 3-litre
casserole dish. Mix together
remaining ingredients and pour on
chicken wings. Keep the marinated
chicken in the refrigerator for 45
minutes. Cook, covered on 800 W
for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken
is tender. Serve hot with rice.
Pepper and Sesame
Fried Nuggets
Serves : 4
Ingredients:

(2 pieces) chicken leg
7 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp cooked sesame
A: 15 ml fish sauce
15 ml soy sauce

Method:
The thickness of the chicken must
be even, and cut into 4 cm blocks
(approximately 30
g
each). Put it
into the container with A, stir evenly
(leave it standing for 10 minutes
for a stronger flavor). Add in corn
starch, rub thoroughly until there
is no powder left. Sprinkle sautéed
sesame on the chicken. Place
aluminum foil on metal tray, grease
the aluminum foil with olive oil (not
included in the ingredient). Put
chicken on aluminum foil with skin
side up, then put it on the center of
glass tray. Cook on COMBINATION
1 for 14-16 minutes.

Vanilla Shrimp Grill

(15 pieces) shrimp
A: Assorted vanilla
1 piece rosemary
30 ml olive oil
pinch salt
pinch pepper
2 pieces garlic
Method:
Remove the heads from the shrimps.
Cut open the shrimp with the shells
and remove the intestines. Wash
thoroughly and wipe dry the water.
Place A into a bowl and stir evenly.
Add in the shrimps, and stir evenly
(leave it standing for 15 minutes for
a stronger flavor), grease the metal
tray with olive oil (not included in the
ingredient). Place the shrimps in the
center of the metal tray, then put it
on the center of glass tray. Select
COMBINATION 1 and cook for 8
minutes.
