The IGBT output is "Low" while the TM7MD1.TM7EN is set to "0" to stop counting.

count overflow as the binary counter clear source and the IGBT output set source (to "High"
state).

put reset source (to "Low" state) by setting the TM7MD2.T7PWMSL.
