Positioning and Lift Transfer Rail Width Adjustment

3-2-1

Removing the Board Under Holder

Remove the board under holder for width adjustment at fast.
Check the X-Y table at the origin. If it is not there, return to the machine adjustment and carry out
the returning to origin.

1.

Turn off the servo switch.

2.

Remove the board under holder
block.

• The block (plate) is fixed with a magnet or

bolts. As for the block fixed with a magnet,
remove the block pulling it up. As for the block
fixed with bolts, take out bolts at fast to remove
the block.

• Also remove it in using the matrix plate or the

board pickup box and plate alike.

3.

Remove the board under holder plate
on the movable side.

• Remove two of M3 bolts under the plate.
