7-9 Test Printing
The printing accuracy may not be enough depending upon the state of solder to print. (for the low
adhesive due to insufficient solder kneading.) You can expect the proper printing without variation
of printing accuracy, by carrying out the solder spread and printing state check.
Mask recognition
Performs the mask recognition and calculates
the printing position.
Print to smooth paste
(a) The screen appears.
Changing the squeegee print pressure adjusts
the troubles of solder .
Print state check
(b) The screen appears.
A series of movement is carried out and
printing is checked.
a) Solder spread printing
b) Print condition check
Pressing
UNLOCK
and each switch sets each
movement to start.
The print condition data appears.
The squeegee is opened and closed.
F Squeegee on the front side
R Squeegee on the inner side
Press to set the print pressure.
(We recommend the print pressure of

10 -2 N to 15

10 -2 N.)
Pressing
UNLOCK
and
START
carries out from
the board transferring to the mask cleaning.
After movement, “OK” appears.
The print condition is displayed.
