2. Printing range
Input the range of the printing motion for the squeegee.
If nothing has been input, the board is printed from edge to edge. When printing area is limited to a
portion of the board, input this value to adjust the range. This can improve the tact time.

3. Lift
a. Clearance
It is used to adjust the space between the mask and the board. When “0” is input, there will be no
space. When performing the minus contact printing that our company recommend, input the value
“0.5”.
b. Descending speed
It is used to adjust the mask-release speed required for stable mask-releasing.
c. Descending stroke
It is used to adjust the mask-release distance required for stable mask-releasing.
d. Mask-release speed changeover
Choose the descending speed from among the following three modes.
Uniform-velocity mode ..... The support block lowers the descending stroke distance at a uniform
velocity.
Acceleration mode ........... The speed of support block accelerates slowly, and eventually it
reaches the descending speed.
Multiple mode ................... The speed of support block accelerates slowly, and eventually it
reaches the descending speed.

When the mask-releasing performance is bad due to such as the narrow pitch, choose the
acceleration mode. But the cycle time in this mode is longer than the one in the uniform velocity
mode. When the mask-releasing performance is bad even in the acceleration mode, choose the
multiple mode. But the cycle time in this mode is longer than the one in the acceleration mode.
