Making/Answering Calls, Intercom
Problem Cause/Solution
The unit does not ring. •
The ringer volume is turned off. Adjust the ringer volume.

Check the VoIP status in [Phone status] on the unit’s
notification screen, or tap [Settings]

[Status] and confirm that each line is registered

Check that the SIP server address, URLs of the
configuration files, encryption key, and other required
settings are correct.
•
Check the firewall and port forwarding settings on the
router (

see 1.1.4 Other Network Settings ).
•
Check [Call Control] for each line in the [Telephone] tab
in the Web user interface.

If [Do Not Disturb] is set to [Yes] , the unit does not
receive calls (

If [Unconditional (Enable Call Forward)] is set to
[Yes] , the unit does not receive calls (

If [Block Anonymous Call] is set to [Yes] , the unit
does not receive anonymous calls (

Check that [Do Not Disturb] , [Enable Call Forward] , and

system.
