DPT Features

• If the destination extension has DND activated, then the DSS button corresponding to it will

light up red. This indicates to the proprietary telephone or DSS console user that the
destination extension is unavailable.

• If the operator is assigned different from Day mode and Night mode, Direct Dialing In calls

will be transferred to an operator. If the operator is not assigned, Direct Dialing In calls will
be transferred to the IRNA.

• When you set this feature, “Call Forwarding” and “Do Not Disturb (DND)” features will be

cancelled.

• When this feature is set, if you go off-hook, you will hear a special dial tone.
