TROUBLESHOOTING
Is the room size too big for the product? (Back cover)
After the product stops operation or when the room is cold, there
may be condensation. This is normal.
Is the tray fit into the interior of the product?
Is the product titled?
Please install the product onto the level and stable table or floor.
Have you applied such actions as shaking, tilting and impacting
onto the product?
Disconnect the power plug, and then reinsert it.
Do you put any magnet or metal objects on the product?
Disconnect the power plug, and then reinsert it.
Is the product overturned?
Disconnect the power plug.
Erect the product. (Wipe the water off it)
Keep the product idle for half a day.
(Doing this is to dry the product thoroughly in case water drops into it.)
Power the product on again, and it will operate.
Product may be out of order
Please disconnect the power plug and send the product to the dealer for
repair.
If a problem is encountered, investigate it by referring first to the table below.
If the problem still persists, please disconnect power plug and contact the dealer for repairs.
The check indicator is on
all the air volume
indicators are blinking
The water amount in the
tank is not reduced, but
the operation indicator
is on, and the product does
not humidify.
Is the humidifying filter dirty? (P.17)
Does the humidity sign indicate “70% or more” ?
Is the anti-fungus assembly installed properly? (P.16)
Is the tray fit into the interior of the product?
With “Air volume” set to “Auto”, for example in the “Full Auto”mode,
the product will stop humidifying when displaying “70% or more” in order
to ensure the applicable humidity.
(The louver will be close and the product enters the standby mode
when the air in the room is clean.)
Is the humidifying filter installed properly? (P.17)
When the humidifying filter is installed incorrectly, the product will
sound abnormally, and not humidify.
