Can I use the appliance
more frequently than
once a day?
Use the appliance for 15 minutes or less in
total.
Can I use the appliance
in a bathtub?
It cannot be used in a bathtub.
Do not use or store it in places with high
humidity or where it is likely to be splashed
with water.
Can I use the
CLEANSING mode to
take off my makeup?
It can not be used to take off makeup.
Please use after cleansing or washing your
face.
Can I change the ion
level and temperature
during use?
These can be changed even during use. (See
page 18.)
Can I replace the battery
myself?
Please consult an authorized service center.
Changing the battery by yourself may cause
failure.
Will the battery
deteriorate if the
appliance is not used for
an extended period of
time?
The battery may deteriorate if the appliance is
not used for over 6 months, so make sure to
perform a full charge at least once every 6
months.
Is it OK to charge the
battery after every use?
The battery in this appliance is a lithium-ion
battery, and so charging it after every use will
not affect battery service life.
The cotton pad is easy to
fall off.
Attach the cotton ring until it clicks. (See page
22.)
• You may not be able to attach it depending on
the shape and size of the cotton pad. Please
use another cotton pad.
My skin tingles, why is
this?
Please add sufficient skin care products, or set
the ion level to "LOW".
• If a small amount of skin care products is
used, the skin may feel stimulation.
