Attach the
protective cap.

Connect the adaptor.

Insert the appliance plug into the appliance
socket.

Put the main body onto the stand.

Insert the adaptor into a household outlet.

Disconnect the adaptor from the household
outlet, and unplug the appliance plug from the
main body.
(For safety and energy saving)
•
Charging the battery for more than 1 hour
will not cause any damage to the main body.
How to check if charging is completed
Disconnect the appliance plug and then
connect it back.
→ If the charging is completed, the charging
indication/notification lamp lights on and then
off after approx. 5 seconds.
Notes
•
The charging time may differ or the charging indication/notification lamp may not
glow for a few minutes, when the appliance is charged for the first time, or if it has
not been used for more than 6 months. (It will eventually glow if kept connected.)
•
Recommended ambient temperature for charging is 15 °C - 35 °C. It may take
longer to charge or the battery may fail to charge properly in extremely high or
low temperatures.
•
If there is noise from the radio or other sources while using or charging the
appliance, move it to a different location for use.
•
When the charging indication/notification lamp blinks once a second, the bat
-
tery capacity is low. Please charge it.
•
With a full charge, the appliance can be used approximately
3 times. (In the
case of the “Basic treatment (10 min)”, see page 16.) However, the usage
time may be reduced depending on the usage environment.
