Adjustment

<Tools required>

Eccentric Driver (VFK0357)

1. Observe the clearance (A) between Cleaner

Roller and cylinder Unit as shown in Figure 1-24-
4. And make sure that it is within 1.0 to 1.2mm.

2. If not, loosen the 2 screws (B) and adjust the

position of Cleaner Base Plate by moving arrow
direction (A

A) using the Eccentric driver so

that the clearance (A) is within specification. And
tighten the 2 screws (B).

1. Disconnect the connector (A) on the P.C.Board

(B). (Refer to above charts.)

2. Remove the MIC Drive Rev Spring at Distinction

Switch Unit side as shown in Figure 1-25.

3. Unscrew the 3 screws (A) and remove the MIC

Rail Unit as shown in Figure 1-25.

(Installation)
1. Install the new Distinction Switch Unit follow the

removal steps in reverse order.

2. Confirm that the M and L cassettes touch to

Distinction Switch Unit correctly.
