Useful Information

Noise is heard during a
call.

You are using the handset or base unit in an area with
high electrical interference. Place the handset and
base unit away from interference sources, such as
antennas and mobile phones.

The handset/base unit
stops working while
being used.

Disconnect the base unit AC adaptor and turn off the
handset. Reconnect the base unit AC adaptor, turn on
the handset and try again.

The handset beeps
intermittently and/or

flashes.

Fully charge the batteries (page 13).

I fully charged the
batteries, but

still

flashes.

Clean the charge contacts and charge again
(page 13).

It is time to replace the batteries (page 12).

I fully charged the
batteries, but the
operating time seems
to be short.

Wipe the battery ends (

) and the unit contacts

with a dry cloth.

Caller information is not
displayed.

You need to subscribe to Caller ID service. Consult
your service provider/telephone company for details.
