Issue
Solution
Insufficient water flow
Verify the reservoir level is not below MIN
Verify there is nothing obstructing the pump
Verify none of the top pipe holes are not clogged. If so, remove the obstruction with a thin pin or nail
operate the pump at a high voltage for a few seconds
(see picture)
No water flow
Verify the pump switch on the front panel is turned on
Verify the pump is connected to the power strip
Verify the reservoir level is not below MIN
Verify the pipe connected to the pump is still attached
Attempt the following:
1) Disconnect the pump from the power strip
2) Remove the pump from the water
3) tap gently a few times on the pump with the palm of your hand
4) Return the pump to the water, connect it to the power strip, and operate it at a high voltage for a few seconds
