[9] How To Remove Heat Exchanger (#415):
(1) Burner Control Assy. (#723) Removal:
Remove burner control assy. (#723) by
referring to [1] - 1, 2 & 3.
(2) Burner Pipe A (#138), Burner Pipe B (#141)
and Burner Pipe C (#140) Removal:
Remove burner pipe A, burner pipe B and
burner pipe C by referring to [2] - (1) 2.
(3) Igniter Assy. (#123) Removal:
Remove igniter assy. (#123) by referring to
[7] - (1).
(4) Water Inlet Pipe Assy. (#143) Removal:
Remove water inlet pipe assy. (#143) by
referring to [4] - (2) 1, 2 & 3.
(5) Hot Water Supply Pipe Removal:
1. Remove two (2) screws that are fixed hot
water outlet connector (#137) and flange
(#445) and then, remove flange (#445).
2. Remove hot water supply pipe.
(6) Remove eight (8) FT screws for back cover
support plate (#8) and then, remove back
cover support plate (#8).
(7) Remove four (4) pan head screws for flue
terminal, two (2) pan head screws for inner
case part and two (2) pan head screws for
air intake lower part that are fixed heat
exchanger (#415) and then, remove heat
exchanger (#415).
[9] How To Remove Film Type OHL(#722):
(1) Remove heat exchanger (#415) by referring
to [9] (1) ~ (7).
(2) Pull the wiring connector for the film type
OHL.
(3) Remove film type OHL (#722).
[For Outdoor Model]
The process is same expect (6) and (7) (four
(4) pan head screws for flue terminal).
