get started?

This guide helps you set up your Treo XXX 
and quickly learn to use it. To get started, 
you need all the items that came in the 
Treo XXX box (see What’s in the box? ), 
plus the following:

SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) 

card

The smartcard that you insert into your 

Treo XXX and that identifies you to the mobile 
network. It contains your mobile account 
information, such as your phone number and 
the services to which you subscribe. Phone 
book entries and SMS messages can also be 
stored on the SIM card.
