WDS
WDS-Bridge supports WEP and AES security modes. The same security settings must be applied
to all the AP’s set in WDS-Bridge mode. You also need to enter the MAC addresses of all the AP’s that
are going to share the same WDS link and under
Mode
,
switch to
Enable
. If for security type you
selected WEP, make sure you enter the WEP key under the
WEP Key
field and if you selected AES make
sure you enter the passphrase under
AES Passphrase
. Click
Accept
to save the changes.
WDS - Station
For this mode, an AP operating in WDS-Station mode receives wireless signals from different
wireless devices and passes it wirelessly to a main station or main AP.
