Click the
icon.

Fill out the necessary information. Be sure to specify an expiration date and set the account to
active. If you do not want the account to expire, you can set the expiration date hundreds of years
into the future.

Once the technician is created, navigate to
Administration
Accounts & Permissions
. We will
need to add the technician to a group in order to apply permissions to them. Click the
icon.
5.
Enter a Group Name.
6.
Select the user you want to add to the group. Click Create.
7.
The Group will be displayed.
