Troubleshooting and Reporting

Alert Settings

The Alert Settings page allows you to customize how you would like to receive notifications.

Click on the Default alert.

If you would like to receive notifications via SMS, enter your phone number and provider. Enter a
name for the Label. Enter an email address to receive notifications via Email. The BakPak toggle
indicates that you will receive a push notification via BakPak on your mobile device.
