The IB cooling system
The IB cooling system
IB cooling (=Ice Bank cooling) is achieved by spraying ice water on the outer walls of the inner tank (the
milk tank itself). This is a fast and efficient way of cooling.
As the stock of ice water does not have direct contact with the milk tank, the milk, even in small quantities,
does not freeze.
