Description:
This command sends a ping request to the specified IP address.
Example:

Configure Interface Channel Command
Command:
configure interface channel <n> [add | exp | na]
Description:
This command configures how the DWDM channel will be handled by the local
WSS.
<add>
: Channel is locally used.
<exp>
: Channel is locally bypassed.
<na>
: Channel is unused.
If no parameter is specified, the current value of the channel is displayed.
Example:
PL-1000RO>configure>interface>>channel 17 add

Configure Interface EDFA Command
Command:
configure interface edfa <n> [up | down]
Description:
This command sets the
Admin Status
of the EDFA to the required value.
If the
Admin Status
is not specified, the administrative status of the EDFA is
displayed.
