Downloading the Phonebook to Your PC

You can download the Phonebook to your PC via the Packet8 Web Phone UI.
The phone stores the

directorylist.csv

file to your PC in comma-separated value

(CSV) format.

You can use any spreadsheet application to open the file for viewing. The
following is an example of a Phonebook in a spreadsheet application.

The file displays the name, phone number, and line number for each Directory

entry.

Download the Phonebook

Use the following procedure to download the Phonebook to your PC using the

Packet8 Web Phone UI

Click on

Operation->Directory

In the

Phonebook

field, click on

. A File Download message

displays.

Click

Note:

Your System Administrator can populate your IP phone Phonebook with server

directory files. Contact your System Administrator for more details.
