Interface Status
“Enable” or
“Disable”
Default setting is “Enable”.
Select either to turn on or off modem’s
WiFi 2.4GHz.
Network
Name(SSID)
WiFi 2.4GHz identity broadcasted by
the modem for user’s device to search
and connect to. Default setting is the
last six characters of the modem’s
WAN MAC address.
Default setting also appears at the
modem’s label.
Radio Channel
Auto

WiFi 2.4GHz Radio Frequency channel.
Default setting is “Auto”.
If it is set to “Auto”, modem will
automatically assign a channel.
If it is set to a value 6 ~ 11, modem will
assign this specific channel.
Working Mode
802.11b/g/n

WiFi 2.4GHz mode. Default setting is
“802.11b/g/n”. WiFi b, g, n is in the
order of increasing WiFi mode advance.
Select the default setting if you are not
sure what mode is supported by your
device.
Bandwidth(only
11n)

20/40M
WiFi 2.4GHz channel bandwidth.
Default setting is “20/40M”. Larger
value allows for higher maximum WiFi
2.4GHz speed. Only applied for WiFi n
mode only.
20M -> Width of one WiFi channel.
20/40M -> Width of two WiFi channels.
RTS Threshold
Numerical value 1
~ 2347.
This is the packet size threshold which a
“Request-to-Send” (RTS) message will
be sent. Default setting is “2347” (this
value disables RTS altogether).
