CHECKING THE ISOLATORS ON YOUR S-20 ORBITAL UNIT
Hour meter showing “SVC DUE”

Your S-20 orbital scrubber is equipped with an hour meter that is located on the upper control panel.
After 300 hours, your hour meter will flash “SVC DUE” which means that it is time to check the eight
isolators located in the scrub head of the unit.
Using a flashlight, do a visual inspection of the isolators by looking through the openings in the scrub
head and checking for wear or damage to four isolators in the front and four in the rear of the scrub
head. The location of the isolators is shown below.

If any of your isolators show signs of wear, degradation or damage, contact an authorized service
center or Pacific Floorcare technical service to find a local authorized service center to replace all eight
isolators.
After satisfactory inspection or replacement, press and hold the gray button on the hour meter to reset to
another 300 hour period.
