The Oil Box (120) of the Pump unit has been pre-filled with oil by the factory. Do
not add oil to the pump. The pump does not need maintenance.
Attach the Hoses:
Attach a garden hose (not included) to the Inlet Connector (138) on the Pump

unit.

This Pressure Washer is designed for use only with liquid car wash
detergents, developed specifically for pressure washers and with mild detergents.
Only use chemicals compatible with the aluminum and brass parts of the Pres-
sure Washer. Powdered detergents may clog the injection system. Always use
chemicals according the their manufacturer’s directions. To prepare the Pressure
Washer for use with a liquid detergent, open a container of detergent and place
it next to the Chemical Hose (204). Visually inspect the strainer at the end of the
Chemical Hose to verify it is not clogged. Then, insert the Chemical Hose into
the container all the way to the bottom.

Connect the High Pressure Hose (198) to the Outlet Connector (167).

Remove the two Nuts (191) by turning each one counterclockwise.

Press each Wheel (194) onto the axle. Secure them using the Nuts (191). (See
