How to Program
As per instruction 3.2.1 below, you must first enter System Programming Status, before you can begin to
program the PABX.
3.2 Basic Command
3.2.1 Enter in to the System Programming Status
Format: # * EFGH (where EFGH is the password “0000”)
Example: To program the system, pick up your phone and dial # * 0000.
1. For programming, use the telephone connected to EXT. 601 on the PABX.
2. You are required to dial: * # * if you are using the Direct-Dialing-Out mode.
3. In default setting the PABX is in Indirect-Dialing-Out mode.
3.2.1a Change the Password
Format: 09EFGH# (where EFGH is the new system password)
Example: Change the existing password from “0000” to “1234”: Press 091234#
3.2.2 Flash Time Setting
Format: 00F #
F=1 ---------0.8s
F=2 ---------1.0s
F=3 ---------1.2s
F=4 ---------1.5s
F=5 ---------1.8s
Explanation: F means the flash time.
Description: If you are unable to transfer calls within your office using the Flash, Recall or “R” button
on your phone, change the flash time as above.
In default setting: F=2 (1.0s)
3.2.3 Return the PABX to its Default Setting
Format: 0000 #
Description: The system will restart with the default factory setting.
This program command will not
“Enable C.O. Lines”.
