1. A initiates a conference and B picks up their phone. Communication between A B and the C.O. line
is established. Whoever hangs up first (A or B), the system will transfer the outside call to the another
one.

2. A initiates a conference but B does pick up their phone within 25 seconds. A will be re-connected
to the C.O. line and B will stop ringing.

3. A has 5 seconds to initiate a conference after pressing the

Recall or “R” button

otherwise the

incoming call will ring back.

1.7 Call Forwarding

1.7.1 Immediate Call Forward

Format: # 81 abcd then hang up

Explanation: Where abcd = an extension number

Description: Allows an extension to forward their incoming calls automatically to another phone

Example: Extension 605 wants to forward all their incoming calls to extension 607:-

Pick up Ext. 605, Press #81607, hang up.

1. In Direct-Dialing-Out mode the format is: * # 81 abcd

2. To return your phone back to normal use, ensure you cancel this feature!

3. During power failure this setting will not be stored

1.7.2 Cancel Immediate Call Forward

Format: # 81 # then hang up

Description: Cancels the setting

In Direct-Dialing-Out mode dial *#81#

1.7.3 Call Forward on Busy or No Answer (BNA)

Format: # 82 abcd then hang up

Explanation: Where abcd = an extension number

Description: If your extension is busy or you do not answer before 25 seconds, the incoming call will be
forwarded to another phone automatically

Example: Set BNA on extension 605 and forward their incoming calls to extension 602:-

Pick up Ext. 605, press #82602, hang up.

1. In Direct-Dialing-Out mode the format is: * # 82 abcd

2. During power failure this setting will not be stored
