System Mode
The C.O. lines can be set to Auto-Attendant (AA) or Operator Mode or a mixture of both. In default
the system is set to Operator Mode for all C.O. lines.
3.4.1
Setting Auto-Attendant (AA) Mode for All C.O. Lines
Format: 1 0 #
Description: Places all the C.O. lines into Auto-Attendant (AA) mode. In this mode, a caller will hear your
recorded message (e.g.
“P
ress 601 for Sales, 602 for Accounts, 603 for Technica
l”
) and can dial in
directly to an extension (station) number - this is known as DISA.
1. If the caller doesn’t know the extension number,
they can
dial “0” for the
Supervisor.
2. You MUST record your Outgoing Message (OGM) for this mode to work correctly.

Setting Auto-Attendant (AA) Mode for a Specific C.O. line
Format: 10M #
Explanation: Where M = C.O. line number (either 1, 2, 3 or 4)
Description: Places specific C.O. lines into Auto-Attendant mode
Example: Place C.O. line 1 into Operator mode; C.O. line 2 and 3 into Auto-Attendant mode

Setting Operator Mode for All C.O. Lines

Description: Places all the C.O. lines into Operator mode. In this mode, the Operator extensions will ring
when an incoming call is received.
