Therefore you have a 24-month warranty on this device from the purchase date. If this product is
faulty, your statutory rights apply against the vendor of the product. These statutory rights are not
affected by our warranty.
Warranty terms
The warranty period shall commence on the purchase date. Please keep your original receipt in a safe
place. This is required as a proof of purchase.
If a material or production fault occurs in this product within 24 months of the purchase date, we shall
repair the product free of charge.
This warranty requires that the defective device has to be sent to the service centre together with the
original proof of purchase and a brief description of the fault within these 24 months.
If the fault is covered by our guarantee, you will receive the repaired product or a replacement device.
The warranty period shall not begin again if the product is repaired or replaced.
