The battery is worn out and
cannot be fully charged any
longer.
Even with correct
maintenance, a battery will
not last forever but on
average will have a lifetime
of 1–2 years depending on
the use of the ATV and under
what conditions it is used.
Only replace the battery with
an original battery.
Brakes improperly adjusted. Adjust, cf. the instructions.
The ATV operates slowly.
The driving conditions are
too hard.
Only drive on solid, flat,
clean and dry surfaces.
The tyres are not pumped to
the recommended pressure.
Adjust tyre pressure to the
recommended psi.
The ATV is overloaded.
Ensure that the ATV’s max.
capacity of 65 kg is not
exceeded. Do not drive up
steep slopes, pull heavy
loads, etc. The motor will
switch off if overloaded and
must cool down again before
the ATV can be used again
(5–10 minutes).
Brakes sticking
Rectify.
The ATV operates
intermittently.
Loose cables or connections. Check all of the cables and
connections around the
motor – tighten if necessary.
The motor or the electric
switch is damaged.
Contact a qualified
electrician.
The charger becomes warm. This is normal when
charging.

The ATV cannot brake.
The brakes are improperly
adjusted.
Adjust the brakes, cf. the
instructions.
The ATV is very noisy and
makes a jarring sound.
The chain is dry.
Lubricate the chain.
