When the equipment begins to pump, cleaning fluid and air bubbles will be pumped
out of the system. Allow the fluid to drain out of the return hose for 30–60 seconds.
11.
Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
12.
Inspect the system for leaks. If there are any leaks, carry out the procedure for
pressure relief, tighten all connections and repeat the start-up procedure. If there are
no leaks, continue to the next step.
Filling the pump
1.
Move the suction hose to the paint bucket and submerge it.
2.
Set the ON/OFF switch to ON.
3.
Wait until paint comes out of the return hose.
4.
Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF.
Note: Some liquids prime faster if the ON/OFF switch is turned off, so the pump
can slow down and stop. Set the switch to ON and OFF several times if
necessary.
High pressure sprayers can spray poisonous substances
into the body and cause serious injury. Never stop leaks
with hands or cloths.
