General instructions
We have done everything to provide you with the most precise and thorough information in this
manual on the operation of the ozone generator and potential hazards during use. As the operator,
installer or maintenance technician, you are responsible for observing general safety regulations and
instructions and ensuring they are observed. The owner of the ozone generator must ensure that the
persons who use the device are aware of the rules and hazards of operating the device.
Safety guidelines
The ozone generator meets the general safety regulations. The following warnings and warning
symbols are used in this manual. They warn one about potential hazards that may arise during
operation and maintenance of the ozone generator.
Symbols
WARNING! DANGER OF ELECTRICAL VOLTAGE!
Inattention may result in serious injury or electrocution.
WARNING! TOXIC SUBSTANCES!
Inattention may result in serious injury or death.
GENERAL WARNING
Inattention may result in serious damage to the device or other objects.
Fire control
FOLLOW FIRE BRIGADE INSTRUCTIONS EVEN IF THEY DIFFER FROM THOSE
IN THIS MANUAL.
In case of fire, please take the following course of action:

Ensure that everyone can leave the treated room.
▪
In order to stop ozone production, turn off the machine with the on/off switch or stop the
power supply.
▪
Ask the fire brigade or a designated person to stop the operation of the device.
▪
Always follow fire brigade instructions.
WARNING! NEVER USE WATER TO CLEAN THE DEVICE UNLESS IT HAS BEEN
DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER SOURCE. THE GENERATOR OPERATES
ON HIGH VOLTAGE.
