Fitting the Upper Handle to the Lower Handles

1. When you fit the upper handle (2) onto the lower

handle you can decide the height of the handle
by selecting the appropriate fastening hole on the
lower handle (5). Align the upper handle (2) using
either the lower position or higher position (Fig. 5).

2. Place the upper handle (2) over the upper ends

of the lower handles. Fit the bolts through the
inner side of the lower handle (5) and then
through the holes in the upper handle (2). Secure
in place by screwing the handle securing knobs
over the protruding ends of the bolts (Fig. 6).

Securing the Power Cord to the Handle (Fig. 7)

1. Secure the power cord running from the switch

housing to the body of the mower by using the
two cord clips (10) (supplied). Fit one closer to the
mower body end of the handle, ensure a little
slack is left between the clip and where the cord
enters the mower housing. Fit the other cord clip
(10) to the lower end of the upper handle (2).

Assembling the Grass Catcher

1. Assemble the two halves of the grass catcher (9)

together. The two halves are identical. Align the
two halves and push each individual plastic lug
into its opposite location. Ensure that all the
plastic lugs engage correctly together around the
entire middle section (Fig. 8).

2. Assemble the grass catcher handle onto the opening on the top of the grass

catcher (9). The handle will click into position when aligned and fitted correctly.
