Cavity Temperature Notification—
Oven too Hot

The oven cavity is too hot for this recipe. Please allow time 
to cool.

Allow oven time to cool down to 
appropriate cooking temperature.

Cavity Temperature Notification—
Oven too Cold

The oven cavity is too cold for this recipe. Please allow time 
to warm.

Allow oven time to heat up to appropriate 
cooking temperature.

Recipe Selection Notification—
Recipe Out of Range

Recipe selected not in current set temp acceptable range.

Choose either “Select New Recipe?” or 
“Change Set Temp?” to resolve.

Relay Board Comm Error

Relay Board Communication Error. Please restart oven and 
if this error continues call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

If error continues after restart, Contact 

Authorized  Service Agent  or  Ovention 

Hotline for assistance.

Control Temperature Error— 
Fan Failure

It appears the cooling fans aren’t functioning properly. Please 
check/clean the filters and if this error continues call Ovention 
Service at 855-298-6836.

If error continues after checking fan 

filters, Contact Authorized Service Agent 

or Ovention Hotline for assistance.

Door Open Alarm

Please close the door; it has been open too long while the 
oven is still warm.

Keep the oven door closed at all times 
when the oven is warm.

Low Voltage Error

The oven is experiencing extremely low levels of input voltage. 
Please wait until the voltage returns to the acceptable range 
or call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

If acceptable voltage does not return, 

Contact  Authorized  Service  Agent  or 

Ovention Hotline for assistance.

Magnetron1 Over Heated

The oven magnetron is experiencing abnormally high 
temperatures. Please wait for it to cool to its normal operating 
temperature. If this error continues call Ovention Service at 
855-298-6836.

If magnetron continues to overheat, 

Contact  Authorized  Service  Agent  or 

Ovention Hotline for assistance.

Magnetron2 Over Heated

Single Magnetron Failure

One oven magnetron is not operating properly. Please check 
food temperature prior to serving. If this error continues call 
Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

If food temperature is not correct, 

Contact  Authorized  Service  Agent  or 

Ovention Hotline for assistance.

Full Magnetron Failure

The oven magnetrons are not operating properly. Please 
check food temperature prior to serving. If this error continues 
call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

Primary Door Switch Failure

It appears the oven door switches aren’t working properly 
please call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

Contact  Authorized  Service  Agent  or 

Ovention Hotline for assistance.

System Door Switch Failure

It appears the oven door switches aren’t working properly 
please call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

High Limit Error

It appears the oven isn’t warming properly. Please check if 
the high limit is tripped. If it has, please reset, and if this error 
continues call Ovention Service at 855-298-6836.

Press Temperature High Limit Reset 
Button. If error continues, Contact 

Authorized  Service Agent  or  Ovention 

Hotline for assistance.
