1. What if a pulse train arrives
in standby mode?

Counted. The accumulated total is also counted.

SV and MV valve signals remain inoperative (remain in the OFF).

If a leak error is set, a leak error is generated when a pulse of setting value or more
is input.
2. What if the counter counts
to the target batch setpoint
without pressing the
START?

Keep counting.
・
Completion signal is not turned ON.
3. While totalizing before
pressing START, is it
possible to start the
operation?

In the middle of totalizing, you can't commence START operation.
If even one pulse is input at the initial status, the operation cannot shift to the batch
processing directly.
Press RESET button once to reset the value to "0" (initial status), and then start the
operation.

10.3 Inspection of fuse
Disconnect the fuse socket on the rear surface of this device and inspect the glass fuse.
If the fuse blows out, disconnect it from the socket and replace it with a new one.
NOTE: When you disconnect or attach the glass fuse, hold it softly. If you hold it strongly, it may be damaged.
CAUTION: Do not use a fuse other than the rated.
