8.6 Alarm processing
There are eight types of alarms shown below.
E1: pulse non-receipt alarm
E2: overrun alarm
E3: leak alarm
E4: interlock alarm
E5: emergency stop by RESET button
E7: WDT reset alarm
E8: electric power failure alarm
E9: FeRAM alarm
Buzzer sounds until STOP button is turned ON or during the setting time after the alarm is generated.
The buzzer can be continuously sounded until the alarm is reset by setting parameter.
While overrun / leak alarm is being generated, the batch cannot be started.
Batch processing: temporarily stopped
SV/MV output: OFF
PUMP output: turned OFF after timer
Alarm is reset by turning ON the STOP button
after the buzzer is turned OFF

Pulse non-receipt is generated
E1: pulse non-receipt alarm
The pulse non-receipt alarm is generated if a pulse is not input for a setting time (non-receipt pulse interval time)
until the total flow value reaches the batch setting quantity after the batch processing is started.
However, the alarm is not monitored for five seconds after the start.
If the value is set to 0, the alarm is not monitored.
Alarm is reset by turning ON interlock signal and
STOP button after the buzzer is turned OFF

E3: leak alarm
This alarm is generated if a pulse exceeding the setting quantity (leak error setting value) is input until the batch
is started after the previous batch is completed (END).
If the value is set to 0, the alarm is not monitored.
E4: interlock alarm
This alarm is generated if the interlock signal is turned OFF from the point where the batch is started to the point
where the batch setting quantity is same as total flow value.

E2: overrun alarm
This alarm is generated if the total flow is "batch setting qu overrun quantity" or more.
From the point where the total flow value is same as batch setting quantity to the point after the completion time
is set to be a monitoring zone.
If the value is set to 0, the alarm is not monitored.
