(I)
Probe Spacing
•
Sets the spacing between each of the probes in mm.
I.
This is required to determine the appropriate geometric correction factors for the
sample being measured.
(II)
Samples per Point
•
Select the number of samples to be taken for each measurement.
I.
A higher number of samples per point will improve the accuracy and precision of
the measurement. However, this will increase the time taken for it to be
performed.
