2.7.1 How to Disconnect iPass Cable

1.

Pull the green tab while slowly pulling out the cable from the Interface card.

2.

Failure to pull the green tab while disconnecting the iPass cable can break the connector inside the Interface card,

2.8 Attach Power Cord

1.

Plug in power cord to expansion chassis. Make sure the power supply switch is turned OFF.

2.

After connecting the power cord, turn power supply switch to ON position.

NOTE

If possible, plug the power cord from the expansion chassis and your host computer into a shared power strip, preferably
one that has surge and noise suppression circuitry built into it.
