Checking/Cleaning of rear filters
At the back of the machine a compartment is located which contains mesh filters to stop impurities present in the water. Check the condition of
these at least once every 12 months. Completely remove the liquid present in the reservoir. Remove the two screws locking the compartment,
paying careful attention to the O-RING. Clean using compressed air, or in the event they are ruined replace them with new filters (code
D2118298). Check the O-RING and if it is damaged, replace it with a new one (BON00170).
Check resin filters
The integrated cooling system is equipped with two resin filters to combat the hardness of the liquid. These filters must be replaced once every
12 months. Unscrew the rear panel of the machine, removing the 6 screws shown in the image. Unscrew the caps blocking the filters and slide
them out. Replace them with new ones (code RIC00254).
Cleaning the filters
Failure to maintain these filters can impair the device's performance.
Do not cover the vents on the device with cloth or other materials. Leave at least 10 centimeters of space between the vents and
walls or obstacles. Failure to do so may compromise the efficiency of the device.
Filtro Camera di saldatura
Svitare le 4 viti mostrate nella foto, rimuovere la griglia, quindi rimuovere filtro.
Pulire soffiando con aria compressa, sostituire il filtro quando è sporco o danneggiato,
rimpiazzare con un filtro dello stesso tipo (Codice RIC00250).
La mancata sostituzione/pulizia di questo filtro e della relativa griglia protettiva, può compromettere il funzionamento
dell’apparecchiatura.
Il filtro in camera di saldatura è in materiale poliestere ignifugo, tuttavia se molto sporco e saturo di polvere e
fumo, può prendere fuoco.
