original configuration has not been manipulated or altered
except for the intended use as described in these instruc-
tions.
If the products are used in combination with other products,
replacement parts or systems, make sure they are compat-
ible and made by Orliman®. It does not guarantee any prod-
ucts with altered characteristics due to improper use, defects
or breakage of any kind. To use the warranty, go to the place
where you bought the product as they must complete the
warranty information table on this instructions sheet. If any
serious incidents related to the product occur, notify Orliman
S.L.U. and the corresponding competent authority in your
country.

1. REGULATIONS

This article is defined as a class I medical device. A Risk
Analysis (UNE EN ISO 14971) has been carried out, minimis-
ing the existing risks.
2. INDICATIONS
Increase mobility with self-propelled movement or an assis-
tant for people who can’t walk or with reduced mobility inside
and outside as long as the ground is firm, level and dry. The
occupant must not weigh more than the maximum weight
indicated.
3. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Your wheelchair is equipped with a unique serial number. You
can find this number on the frame of your wheelchair. Below
is an example of the frame label where you can find the
identification number. You will also find an explanation of
the different types of information included on the label, as
indicated below.
1. Model name: the name of the model of your wheelchair.
2. Serial number: each wheelchair has its own unique serial
number. You must have this number when making tech-
nical queries. The serial number will also be required for
parts under warranty.
3. Maximum occupant weight: the highest occupant weight
allowed for wheelchair and occupant safety.
4. Production date: The manufacturing date is indicated next
to the symbol

or, in lack thereof, included in the batch
number which can be found on the packaging label as

in the following way: the second and third digits represent
the year of manufacture and the fourth and fifth digits
represent the month.
5. Model number: this number indicates the wheelchair mod-
el you have and will also always be required for technical
queries.
