‘STOP’ mode or when ACC=OFF in ‘ACCON’ mode or
‘VACC’ mode.

Range from [0(Disable)|1(Once)|5-65535]. “0” means to
disable SYNC packet. “1” means the tracker only sends
a SYNC packet every time it open a new GPRS
session.
Default value = 1 (Once)
The Resync packet is now applicable in ‘START’ mode
or when ACC=ON in ‘ACCON’ more or ‘VACC’ mode.
