The grounding method varies depending on the motor output power.

Ground the motor using one of the four mounting 
holes on the motor frame.
At this time, insulate the frame ground terminal 
that come out of the motor cable without 
grounding it.

Be sure to ground the Protective Earth Terminal of 
the motor (screw size: M4).
