Battery not inserted:
Main voltage is on.
Rapid charging
Rapid charging operates
until the battery is fully re-
charged.
The
battery
char-
ger automatically switches to
toppic- and trickle charging.
Trickle charging
Battery inserted: The battery
charger is only delivering a
trickle charge because the
battery is already fully
charged.
Temperature
Warning
: The battery is too
hot (or too cold). Trickle
charging only. The battery
charger automatically
switches to rapid charging
when the temperature is in
the permitted range again.
Error message
Warning
: Battery can not be
charged (battery defective or
battery charger slot dirty).
