INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
•
Before using, remove and clean the parts that are going to be in contact with the
food
•
Place the citrus juicer on a flat surface
•
Plug the appliance into the mains
•
Cut the fruit into two halves, place a glass or a container under the spout and press
down to lower it. This way the juice will be poured directly into the glass or container,
else it will the juice will remain in the tank
•
Place the fruit in the cone and move down the handle. The juicing machine will begin
to function automatically
•
Once you have obtained the necessary juice, raise the spout to its original position so
the juice does not drip.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Before you proceed to cleaning it, ensure the citrus juicer is unplugged from the
mains
•
Do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers, which may
deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance
•
The main body must never be immersed in water. Clean it with a damp cloth.
•
The rest of components which can be removed may be cleaned with soap and water.
Never clean in the dishwasher
Disposal of old electrical appliances.
The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE),
requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal
unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to
optimize the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain, and reduce the impact on
human health and the environment. The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product
reminds you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance, it must be separately
collected. Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information concerning
the correct disposal of their old appliance.
